While we can strive to remain immature, as I try to model, we can’t stop the aging process. Our aches and pains attest to that reality. Another reality is that aging ain’t what it used to be, and there are many pills, potions, exercise regimens and innovative programs specifically designed to address those of us who are slightly beyond our midlife crisis stage. I recently had the opportunity to participate in a conference that dramatically opened my eyes, heart and mind to a new age of aging possibilities.
