Time To Rise To Our Occasion
The national Women’s March on January 21, 2017 was a worldwide protest the day after Trump’s inauguration. Women and their allies turned out in record numbers to represent themselves, demand their rights, and protest the election of this man who would become the worst President in modern history. He wants to repeat. We can’t let him. It’s our choice.
Food And Visuals For Thought
We are being bombarded with political rhetoric and punditry out of control. We certainly need to be better informed, but can be easily overwhelmed with the volume of wordage blasted our way. For every David Brooks and Rachel Maddow, we have 10 wackos shouting their shrill counter-intelligence. I get verklempt and bedazzled just thinking about it. “Another drink, Garçon!”
I have few salient thoughts to add to the cacophony. So, I’ll offer some seasoned quotable quotes and visuals to help inspire and prompt constructive action. Enjoy and Reflect…
